PARKING

Parking spaces are organized in the underground garage and on the plateau between the buildings. 1 PS per 100m2.

LIGHTING

The lighting is adapted to the architectural concept of the ceiling inside the space. Lighting of up to 200 lux is provided in the common area, and 500 lux is provided within the office areas. All lighting elements are energy-saving LED lamps.

ELEVATOR

ENERGY SUPPLY

The building is supplied with energy through water-to-water heat pumps located in the mechanical substation. Sanitary hot water is also heated in this manner. Parapet and cassette fan-coils provide energy from the heat pumps into office areas. Users can set desired room temperatures during summer and winter periods.

VENTILATION

Ventilation of the building is provided through highly efficient recuperative chambers located on the roof of the building.
